Our books are previously loved, or are overstock from large retail stores (such as Wal-Mart, Target, etc.) and publishers, and would potentially be otherwise discarded.
Because of this, we do our very best to carefully select books that we either want to read, evoke strong reactions (Yellowface and They Both Die at the End I'm looking at you), or have simply read and loved ourselves or are beloved by fellow readers.
We are a small bookstore, and our goal is to bring good books, simple pricing, and connection to readers through this little store of ours. We may not always be able to compete with rock bottom prices, but our books are curated and beloved, and may include some signs of being previously loved or discarded.
On that note, our books may show signs of wear, or some slight damage, and we personally inspect and evaluate each book for damage and other cosmetic defects. If you receive a book that doesn't match the condition described, please reach out to us and we will make it right.
